In Episode 73 Doc Danny sits down and answers a question from massive Doc & Jock fan Griff, who was kind enough to ask us via an iTunes review. Griff is prepping to be a Navy SEAL candidate and the volume of upper body pulling and pushing is leaving him pretty stiff in the upper body which caused him to ask “Doc Danny what are some things I can do to keep my upper body supple during selection?”
Danny answers with a good template that any overhead athlete can use to help keep themselves in the game.
#1. Internal Rotation: a lack of it puts the pec and anterior shoulder at a huge risk. Make sure you are always working on this.
