Of Croatian decent, Zidov was raised in Switzerland, and started his journey into the music world when he started DJing with vinyl , playing hip hop on Technic’s turntables aged 14. He gained valuable skills quickly, but unfortunately due to personal issues, it all came to a halt
Zidov then focused on the disciplined sport of muaythai, where he gained a reputation worldwide by being one of the feature fighters from Contender Asia, and established himself on the international fight scene
He regained his passion for music and Djing whilst living in Thailand and having the opportunity to play at Sound Club in Koh Samui, swiftly moving in popularity to other clubs like Fusion, Blackmoon and the legendary Full moon parties.
With his energy infused taste in electro tech house with a minimal twist DJ Zidov akuma was back and has even played in Top clubs in Slovenia and Switzerland. He just wants to keep people to keep dancing. He has gained his inspiration from DJ Umek
