Born and raised in Switzerland, Lorenz aka Windkind (child of the wind in German), was led into the world of music at the age of 6 by his mother, teaching him the violin, the flute and later on the piano.
In 1996, he discovered PsyTrance while listening to some Big Beats at a commercial record store, faith wanted, that the clerk put the first Transient compilation into the player.
Shortly after, he started to buy Vinyls, and some years later with a crying eye, Cds.
Member to Fractalrecords since almost the beginning, he steadily evolved his choice of tracks, from uplifting morning Full On, to the more darker, melancholistic side of PsyTrance.
He loves to take the crowd on a trip, visitig fresh releases of Bliss, Principles of Flight, Terranoise, Dirty Saafi, Tickets, Azax Syndrome, but also such legends as Space Tribe, Transdriver, Artifakt and Electrypnose.
