Working with Tony Humphries on countless remixes offered him the experience to work in many major studios and allowed him to meet such moguls in the music business like Larry Patterson, David Morales, Clive Davis, Louie Vega, JellyBean and Norty Cotto to name a few. He even had a guest DJ spot on Tony’s Humphries 98.7 KISS-FM Master Mix show one New Year’s Eve weekend. “All of this taught me that all music is universal and that it all has been done before. It’s all R&B.”
By 1992, he became the store manager for Random Access Records/Label in Newark, NJ while working as an Assistant Engineer at Ken Johnston’s Grammy Award Winning Perfect Pair Recording Studios in East Orange, NJ.
