He made his first encounter with trance music in 1997 when he was mainly influenced by German DJs and producers. One of the first people to bring uplifting, progressive and tech-trance style to Belgrade's public at the beginning of the new millennium, Tarbuk has been spinning in the most esteemed clubs, as well as on huge events like Belgrade Foam Fest and the well known Paradiso's Transplant event series. He launches the Classic trance nights series in 2016, which aims to present a type of sound that is rarely heard in the area. His sets are melodic, yet always energetic following the distinct sound of the original trance periods of the 90s and the early 2000s.
