It all started in the early 80's when i bought my first record "Pass The Dutchie" by Musical Youth, I always wanted Technics decks but they were way too expensive but I carried on collecting records.

In 1991 my friend got me my first pair of Technics SL1200 decks, this was the beggining of my Dj career.

I then joined a sound called Mass Appeal which was one of my good friends Colin aka Chucky Promotions where i played alongside talented Dj's like Krunski, Special K, The Ill Kids and Rampage just to mention a few and in The Technics DMC Champoinships i came runner up. I then began playing in top London clubs R&B, Hip Hop and Regge then soon incorperated Jungle and Garage under the name Kriss K. By the late 90's i came under the management of Bouncin entertainment run by another one of my close friends Karlton who then started getting me gigs at Coventry, Watford, Brighton etc who i am still working with but play under the name Mr Steve Austin.
