Steve Andre is a Chicago-based DJ. Formally trained at Scratch DJ Academy in Chicago, Steve Andre developed a love for music at a young age, through the now defunct Columbia House Music Club and their popular eight CDs for a penny promotion. Music has been an integral part of his life ever since.
