Ricardo Silva aka Dj StereoSilva grew up listening to electronic music. Hearing Young Gods, Daft Punk, Prodigy or Senser for the first time is a true shock to him; deeply influenced by them, Ricardo is quickly attracted to turntables and Djing. In 1997 he discovered de Psy Trance through projects like Miranda, Prana or Hallucinogen. He starts spinning in 1998 in Zapa Club on his home town in the South of Portugal, and quickly earns a residency at the club in 1999, the most alternative club in Lagos where Psy Trance was on the peak
Only a year and a half later will StereoSilva be on the move again, playing in parties of Psy Trance throughout entire region of Algarve and other towns in the country. Internationaly he played in Brazil and Mexico on some private parties and in Thailand at the Full Moon Party
