Growing up in 1980s London was brilliant! Almost every type of musical genre I’m into has emerged from that era. I began djing when I was at university in Aberdeen, it very quickly became one of my very biggest passions. My musical tastes really developed when I started going clubbing in Ponana up in Aberdeen. It was there that I really got into house music. I ran into Craig Smith while he was playing in Ponana Aberdeen one night and that really kick-started my journey into the deep and soulful house.
Craig Smith became one of my biggest influencers, alongside Louie Vega, Sean McCabe, Neil Pierce, Babs Flow, Paul trouble Anderson, DJ Spen and Karizma.
