HotShots : Let's Talk!

Hey guys Let's Talk!

It's been 11 episodes of HotShots, started with only a handful of people tuning in and now on an average, hundreds of people listening on my mix. It's not really an extraordinary achievement but i'm really thankful especially during this period where DJ's are really having hard time to cope due to the pandemic (Stay strong DJs, bad times like these wont last forever!). You guys are the one who drives me to keep doing it!

A little backstory on how this "HotShots" came about, "Hot" is taken from The "Hot" 100 Chart from the Billboard, "Shots" as you know Shooters? (e.g Tequila "shots", Volka "shots") It's served and indulged in small portions. There you have it! A mix with top 100 music from billboard "served" and to be "indulged" by you guys in small portions!

So if you have noticed, my mix were quick and usually structured by a Verse, a Chorus and BOOM! Next song! As i moved into more episodes, i realised that there are alot of restrictions in finding remixes of the music in the Billboard (Too Emo!). I started to bring in tunes that i personally liked (Personal Hot 100 Chart) or current trends to keep it upbeat and positive!

A little fun history lesson for you all! Hope you guys enjoy it, Talk to me about anything! Which area should i improve? Should i go live? What music would you like to hear? Is the earth round or flat? Is a hotdog a sandwich?
Till then, see you in the next mix!
