Dj Romao is a Portuguese based dj/producer with a special feeling for House and TeckHouse Music.
His career started with him spinning records in the early age of 12 years old, influenced by his father ho was also a dj.
After initially playing Pop Rock and some Alternative Music Dj Romao became more interested in electronic clubhouse and techno demonstrating a rare flair for working the dance floor. In 1995 he gained the residency of the House Music Room of Green Hill in Portugal. Gradually dj Romao become more and more into the TeckHouse scene exploring some driving beats, hypnotic grooves and sexy melodies. His rare ability to combine a powerful groove for the body and an elevating journey for the soul , continues to win the loyalty of fans session after session. Dj Romao like a producer have some releases a solo and a lot of releases with the project Phonic Lounge.
