Calling all refiners! Let me introduce you to Macrodata Refinement. This is a DJ mix I have put together which is inspired by Severance on Apple TV+. Its a fantasic programme that I highly recommend if you haven't watched it. I became obsessed by the programme and decided I just had to do a mix!

The flow of the music in this mix follows the story arc of the first season of Severance. You can follow Mark and his MDR (Macrodata Refinement) team in their "innie" and "outie" personas as they begin to understand what the severance process is really all about. The music moves between dark & tense moments (like when Helly is being punished) to happy and joyful (like the Music Dance Experience - MDE!).

The mix is littered with samples from Severance so you can follow the story along. I would describe the music as being deep, chilled and sometimes tense!
