Hello. Its been a while. And I have missed you.
I hung the dance floor sound up in 2013 because I got sick of the control freak requests in booths that became too accessible because the art of DJing lost the audible in favor of the visual...and cookie cutter pop.
Today I pulled out the OLD box of hard-drives. The hard-drives that hold the stuff from the time that I went digital. WAAAAY back when you had to REALLY hunt for the music, before plugging 1 song into Spotify and having an automated playlist...back before iphones. These smaller capacity drives that I outgrew as I upgraded computers... Im going hunting on them for my old mixes... I need to remember who I was, and am.
This Is how I EVOLVED into THE MAN I am today through, my LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP with MUSIC. Here Im reposting the anthology.. And to the children, cutting your teeth is painful...I hope your crowds are forgiving.
