Rishi started DJing at 13 years old when he unexpectedly had to stand in as a DJ for his sister’s birthday party. He didn’t have any records, so he mixed back and forth between songs he taped off the radio.

Rishi kept DJing his way through high school, college, and law school. Since he began, he has DJed at parties, venues, and events throughout the East Coast. He has DJed at venues located in Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, in South Beach, Miami, and other areas throughout the Southeast. He also placed as a top DJ in the 2005 Battle of the DJs in Washington, DC.

When his legal career took him from behind the turntables and into a courtroom, he took his skills to the internet. After posting hour-long mixes on the internet for his fans to download, he founded the ElectricVibes (formerly “SoBeVibes”) iTunes podcast in 2008. Rishi continues to DJ at Florida-area electronic events.
