Charlie T, also known as Dj Resin, is a dj/promoter/co-founder of Louisiana Drum & Bass, Louisiana EDM from New Orleans, Louisiana. His first exposure to electronic music was in 90' through rave anthems, techno and hardcore mixes including the likes of djs: Kyper, Housefly, Kaleb Law, Mike Spice and other pirate radio djs. At that point, he took up mixing various types of club music on an old plastic turntable, cd and tape player connected to a cheap mixer and made mixtapes for his friends. Introduced to jungle/drum & bass in the later part of 95', Resin immediately took to the fusion of techno sounds and house and became a dedicated jungle/Jump Up dnb listener. Resin's music selection is influenced by his love for all genres of music including metal/rock, industrial, 80's new wave, house, techno, funk, jazz, and underground hip hop. This is showcased in his mixes featuring all sub-genres of dnb.
