A Lover of music since first hearing the Beatles at age 9, its been a long strange journey for the Dj known as Phon. Spending most of the 90's playing guitar in various bands, and immersing himself in the Grateful Dead scene, he discovered electronic music toward the end of the decade, and hasnt looked back. Since his first gigs at venues such as the Fox Theater and the infamous Masterdome, he has been on a path of pushing the envelope of electronic music, while always keeping focused on making a crowd move, and making a dancefloor come alive.
Over the years Phon has become a So Cal favorite, working as a resident dj for crews like Fundamental Entertainment, MonkeyDo!, Motive ent, and Generations Events- Playing at parties such as Movement 3, On the Other Side of Life, Moondrop 2006, 2007, & 2008, the 420 Festival, Inferno, Mythic 1, 2, & 3, the Fuzzy Fest, Telemagica, and coutless other parties, clubs, festivals and undergrounds.
