Victor Milla (born November 8th, 1977), born in Lima-Callao, Peru. From a very early age he was inclined to music and arts, maybe because his father was a true Salsero and his Great-Grand Father was a well known Artist for his paintings and sculptures. He created a B-boy dance group named "Rapper All Stars" back in the late 80s and the dance-group made it to the TV shows. He then moved to the United States in the early 90s where he began deejaying at small venues at first to then become one of the best Latin Deejays and MCs in North Carolina.
