an hour of dark, low end heavy techno to keep going. ready or not, here it comes. the beginnings and the ends; and you are always on your way. on your way to challenges that are larger than what you can handle now, Goliathan - but now is when you become capable. and that eventual meeting - it's only a stop along the way to somewhere else; only a laye. setting a deadline for your growth may help you feel more in control - but know that all of your expectations should be ready to burn in a wildfire or drown in a flash flood. that's the only way you can blossom - you must remain in the cycle. over and over again. you can't stop what's coming your way, even if you are at a stop light or a bus stop or your leg is broken or your heart is broken. maybe that little break is what you need to assess what's been trending in the feed of your inner notifications; some time to break a habit that will help you embrace all that is coming your way with more awareness and equanimity.
