Suggested use: gentle morning - played on an external speaker(s) with the volume on the lower end; a painting, writing, or movement session when emotions must be released and processed - played either on a speaker(s) with the volume mid and up, as needed, or played in-ear/over-the-ear wth the volume to whatever degree helps embody and release the feelings that need to be felt; on a flight while you are sketching or thinking; home surround sound system while doing some light work.
