DJ Midknyte, born and raised in Fiji Islands, moved to Bay Area California when was a teenager. He has been djing since he was in high school. In year 2000 he started mixing, promoting and remixing tracks for CD’s.
In 2006, he was one of the first DJ to introduce Bay Area, California to DESI HIP HOP. He brought many Desi Artist's together in club and on his mixtape "Fauji DJ's: Desi Hip Hop Mixtape" in 2007.
In 2008 he was also the first DJ from Bay Area to release Bollywood/Desi Artist Mixtape "BOLLYWOOD HEIST", which featured many of Desi Artist's from around the world with different genres. So far he has up to Vol. 5 of Bollywood Heist Mixtape. Midknyte networked with Desi Artist’s from all over USA, Canada, Fiji Islands, Norway, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia and more.
Midknyte is always busy networking, promoting Desi Artist's with all genre background and with his own project. At the moment his teamed up with his long time friend Gooch aka TamiLion on a new project.
