Every menu is uniquely crafted while he's behind the DJ booth, continually striving to develop innovate methods in order to broaden the dancefloor palate.
Matt's culinary discipline has helped curate a respectable list of DJ set appearances at majority notable bars & clubs all throughout Melbourne - whether it be during the tentative years showcasing late-night vinyl on The Rhythm & Soul Show (now Profile Sound) on KissFM; infamous Wah Wah Saturdays residency under the dynamic duo alias Dollarz N Dymez alongside Sebastian C-Bas (KASPAR), just to name a few , or more recently the dim-lit bars & late night recovery clubs of the Southside (Hustle).
