Hailing from a passion ignited in his early teens, DJ Mackk has established himself as a prominent figure in the minimal tech house and house music scene. His journey began at the tender age of 14, when he attended his first electronic music party – a transformative experience that solidified his lifelong bond with the genre. Captivated by the pulsating rhythms and deep vibrations, he soon acquired his first set of turntables, marking the start of a journey that would evolve from casual spinning at home and friends' gatherings to a dedicated pursuit of musical mastery.
Initially rooted in techno, DJ Mackk's sound evolved as he delved into the captivating minimalism championed by electronic music pioneer Richie Hawtin. The rich, innovative sounds emerging from the Romanian music scene further inspired him, shaping his artistic direction and solidifying his appreciation for deep bass lines and the intricate textures of underground tech house and house music.
