Liyema Morgweni, professionally known as DJ Liyema S.A, is a talented South African Deep House & Amapiano DJ from Cape Town. Born with a rare condition called Centronuclear Myopathy, he has faced many challenges throughout his life. However, his passion for music and unwavering determination have allowed him to transform obstacles into opportunities. His love for music began at the age of nine after being inspired by world-renowned South African DJ and producer Black Coffee. Drawn to the emotional depth and powerful storytelling of house music, Liyema dedicated himself to learning the craft of DJing and developing his own unique sound. In 2025, he took a major step forward in his career by completing both the Professional DJ Course and the FL Studio Production Course through Bridges Academy. These achievements expanded his skills in DJ performance, music production, and creative expression.
