LA*Jesus (alterego of Nate Euhus) made his debut appearance at a Halloween party, and ended up joining the onstage menagerie of characters flanking indie rock superstars The Flaming Lips on several of their tour stops in 2003. Since these exalted beginnings, LA*J has become an hallowed party savior, appearing alongside artists all across the musical spectrum including James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem), Gigamesh, Gogol Bordello, Dan Deacon, JPatt (The Knocks), Nicky Siano, of Montreal, Moon Boots, Flosstradamus, Light Year, DJ Lady D, The Village People, Yacht and many more. He currently holds coveted weekly residencies throughout the city of Chicago.
