Kengy Klan is a DJ and producer blending the sonic landscapes of his Caribbean homeland, Martinique, with the urban energy of Paris and Berlin. His music fuses Minimal electronic styles with the rhythms of Zouk, Kompa, Shatta, and Caribbean folklore.

Born in Martinique, he studied percussion and folklore at the School of Arts in Fort-de-France and later at a Paris jazz school. His first club appearances were in Paris at age 20. He has been a member of the Berlin-based bands "Les Tonton" and "Jumpy Roots", with successful CD productions.

Since 1998, Berlin has been his base. There, he collaborates intensively with diverse musicians and agencies. His expanded repertoire spans Caribbean sounds (Zouk, Kompa, Bouyon, Dancehall), African influences (Afrobeats, Amapiano, Shatta), and Electronic Dance Music (Deep Techno, Minimal).
