I was Dj Jamie at the Compound in Denver from 1994 to 2001. I am returning to mixing, and learning how to do everything in this digital age. I had an experience last year that changed my name to Dj Kawa. I have all my vinyl from my days at the pound so I'm slowly digitizing it all. Boy do I need to practice.... lol.. Those who knew my mixes called me a 'weaver.' And that's what I'm going back to; weaving...
