Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. K grew up listening and dancing to club music. Most importantly he was studying other DJ's he admired and busting his ass to becoming a DJ and club producer himself. Unfortunately, life likes to play, and K has felt the smackdown numerous times. It's not easy to stay positive and motivated when you've been through trauma most of your young life, but K is a striving man. Finally, in 2005 he broke through in Baltimore with his first club track "UPTIGHT" which blew up on 92Q and in the clubs. In 2023, K is rising from the dead, a man on a mission.
