Subliminal’s roots began back in 2015 from an idea that John had when playing out in city's such as Glasgow & Edinburgh.. what he noticed was the passion for house music that these clubbers had and the respect for the dj's who brought this style to the dance-floor. What was different from these nights in the city was that they introduced and welcomed live percussionist's & saxophonist's which then raised the profile of the club-night and also added a funky positive atmosphere.
After returning from the white isle of ibiza in the summer of 2015 he decided it was time to create an event of his own that he wanted to introduce to Stirling with the same elements that gave people the opportunity to experience a proper purpose built club-night for those who loved all things house and could go see Guest Dj's from all over Scotland and the world perform.
Over the past 8 year Subliminal has celebrated some great party's and continue to do so through 2024-2025
