A fan of music even before birth Todd Wautier has always connected with it's power and quickly became immersed. Professionally first as a guitarist/vocalist in local bands, then in live sound, production, TV, film and the list continues. In 2003 he was introduced to house music. His love of soul, jazz, funk and disco made this a natural progression. Starting on the dance floor and moving to developing a production/promotion company Move Together Events Todd became well respected in his home town of Vancouver for selecting and representing music 1st events.

Not able to consistently find the talent he was looking for for certain slots he stepped into the booth. TOD•E is the cross genre representation of his many influences designed to transition the audience through a range of emotions within one set or between other performers sets to unite the flow of an event.
