DJ I-RIZE has always had a passion for music raised listening to many different genres of music ranging from Tupac to World Renown Cellist ‘Yo Yo Ma’ to all the classic oldies.
At 12, DJ I-RIZE was the victim of a brutal attack by a man with an extensive, violent criminal background that left him with severe brain injuries. Once doctors did start to allow more activity he turned to music as a source of healing.
At 13, he experienced his first public performance. This was the beginning of DJ I-RIZE, a name chosen as a bold statement & reminder that despite anything that was lost from a senseless & brutal attack, he would RIZE up.
DJ I-RIZE has a dream to make it to the big stages such as the EDM Festival, Tomorrowland, Love Fest, AMA, etc. His true passion is music. Music is his sustenance. He dreams of the day that he will be able to share all genres of music with the world. It is clearly obvious that music will take him even further… all over the world, & to happiness.
