Growing up in Montreal, Rich was exposed to a variety of cultures where music played a vital and influential role. As early as he could remember, Rich aka Hostyle was drawn to music in a profound way. It was not long before he started his week-end excursions to the biggest nightclubs to hear the city’s best DJs and producers. That is how Rich’s technique flourished and unmistakable style took shape. Having fashioned many nights with his unique vibe and atmosphere, Rich has been seen spinning in Montreal’s most renown clubs alongside the best DJs. As a result of the Covid pandemic, Rich expanded his talent and repertoire to include special artistic performances at weddings across Canada.

Rich has performed at over 1,000 events over the last 20+ years. His extensive career has given him the opportunity to spin for all types of crowds in a variety of venues and settings and develop remixes in partnership with stars such as Sean Paul, Fatman Scoop, DJ Jazzy Jeff and more.
