Based in Santa Barbara, the original DJ Hecktik has been moving crowds since 1993. Now celebrating 33 years in music, he has built a career spanning weddings, private events, nightclubs, festivals, radio, television, and corporate entertainment. Featured in DJ Times and Scratch Magazine, his mixes have aired nationwide on Shade 45’s “Sway in the Morning,” Q95.9’s “Rico & Mambo Morning Show,” and numerous FM and online stations. DJ Hecktik has performed alongside legendary artists including KRS-One, Too $hort, GZA of Wu-Tang Clan, Migos, T-Pain, DJ Mustard, DJ Quik, Cypress Hill, and Tha Alkaholiks. Beyond the stage, he has supported youth programs, schools, and community organizations throughout the 805. From upscale weddings to packed dance floors, DJ Hecktik combines decades of experience, open-format versatility, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable moments.
