Pioneering the club arena since 1994, DJ Gilbert introduced some dark Tribalism sounds & lots of vocals mainly propelling mixes from labels like Azuli, Tribal, Subliminal & Defected during his early DJ years.

2001: Collaborating with a new breed of DJs to be a part of the successful Backroom, KL where structuring, operating, promoting and DJ residency contract commenced.

Two years of club entertainment management and pioneering the dance music era early 2000, he shaped opportunities for a handful of Malaysian DJs for exchange programs within DJs abroad i.e. Australia, Singapore and two independent dance music radio stations in Indonesia.

2010: Represented Malaysia in the ‘Eastern Elements Tour’, Jakarta, which saw representatives from Singapore, Hong Kong and China participating - DJ and Live set.
