Terry Samuels otherwise known as DJ Funky-T has a wealth of DJ experience and broad musical knowledge playing a wide range of musical genres from funk, soul, disco and house music. He has played the last 10+ years being based in Australia and has supported UK's independent house record label Defected on their early 2020 Australasian tour. He has supported the following international DJ's such as Simon Dunmore, Mousse. T, Joey Negro, Purple Disco Machine, David Penn, Sam Divine, Ferreck Dawn, Low Steppa, Franky Rizardo, Kormak and Roberto Surace.

After returning back to New Zealand in the summer of 2020 based in Mount Maunganui Funky-T had the opportunity to become one of the resident DJ's at Mount Maunganui's famous bistro bar and club 'Astrolabe'.

Funky-T has broadcasted his own 'House Sessions' guest show on New Zealand's Raglan Community Radio and has played at Raglan's iconic YOT Club.
