In the year 1996. Freddy Barrios, known in today’s nightlife as Freddie B, decided to take his lifelong passion for music out of the basement and into the club scene. A young energetic deejay from Guatemala and the streets of Los Angeles, Freddie B possesses a wide stream of musical styles, but his true passion lives in underground Hip-Hop and House Music. After locking down a residency at the ultra mega club known as The Mayan, located in downtown Los Angeles, Freddie B began to gain ground fast in the industry holding down residencies three to four nights a week at the areas most popular nightclubs and lounges. His style and energy has put him behind the decks at every major venue in the Hollywood area. Since then, he has become a staple in the scene, as one of the most humble and sought after deejays in the California Region. He has been the go man for grand openings, fashion events, celebrity events and more.
In 2007, Freddie B moved from California, back to his roots in Guatemala
