In 1989, The house music scene was fresh and new in Los Angeles and was starting to get a big following. DJ Fido was immediately hooked on house music and began to play house, Chicago house, Acid House and hip House. He found inspiration from underground house music and strived to bring this genre to the masses in LA. Fido has a flare for hitting the dance floors with house classics mixed in with groovin house beats. Dj Fido represents underground House and is passionate about this music.
He has played some of the biggest underground style clubs including the World Famous, Flammable Liquid which he helped produce with his life-long friend BaBaLu. This club was one of the most sought after by underground club goers since Flammable was on the cutting edge with the best house music and house DJs including DJ Doc Martin, Barry Weaver, Steve Loria, Mark Lewis, Marques Wyatt and of course Fido . Fido had also been sought out by other promoters from other cities outside of California.
