Born into an artistic family in Dubai, U.A.E. Ahmed Grim has been exposed to the music scene from a young age.
At the age of 10, he was invited to sing the national anthem during the country's national day celebration.
As a gift he was given his first musical instrument and ended up moving to Toronto, Canada to study it further at the age of 18.
He found his success with Canadian Band "The Dunes" and touring for universal music as a bass player for hire.
During that time he would usually dj regular clubs in the cities the band was paying for extra cash under the moniker "Dj dxb", after he found more success as a dj, he decided to dedicated his efforts to that passion.
As well as his regular residencies in Dubai, you can catch dxb in the middle of the entertainment district in Toronto, Canada with multiple weekly and monthly residence.
