Derek Kaye needs no introduction to Australia's clubbing community. A longtime resident at the now legendary Onelove club nights and has rocked the main stages of Summadayze, Parklife, Falls Festival, Good Vibes, Future Music Festival and Stereosonic. He's also smashed out sets at some of the biggest club nights in pretty much every major city in the country. Feeling the need for some time-out from a hectic touring schedule Derek departed on a spiritual journey to another world. In a huge contrast to his former life, Derek packed up his worldly possessions and travelled to the jungles of Indonesia, India and Burma where he lived, meditated and studied with some of the world's most reverred Buddhist meditation masters, sometimes without contact to the outside world for months on end.
