Dave Hahn (aka Hahn Solo) has spent over two decades exploring the musical continuum of ska, dub, reggae, and punk. His trademark guitar stylings at first led to a non-stop international tour schedule with the Jamaican music pioneer Laurel Aitken and ska-punk icons Mephiskapheles. But it was his love of the reggae psychedelia of Lee "Scratch" Perry that inspired him to start Dub Is A Weapon - a pioneering live dub band that this same legend later called upon for numerous North American tours. As a DJ, he serves up all-killer no-filler reggae and dub classics on pure vinyl, paying homage to the foundation artists that have made reggae Jamaica's number one export.
