From the quiet suburbs of Henderson, NV just minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, resides 27 year old DJ, Dave McCoy a.k.a. "DECOY." With commercial EDM dominating the current scene in the Super Clubs of Las Vegas, DECOY is a breath of fresh air for current dance music lovers in the Vegas scene. Influenced early in his listening days by both gangster hip hop and hard rock music, DECOY's taste were just gearing up for what was ahead. Like many others in the dance music community, DECOY got his start into the scene when a friend and long time NY house/techno DJ (Mike Villa) brought him into the scene and taught him the basics of spinning house music. With an ear for house & techno grooves, and a love for dirty hip hop bass lines, DECOY's sets provide hard hitting bass lines, with house party flavor, sure to destroy any dance floors he plays.
