Bedo Stambolyan (Bedo) is a NYC based, Bulgarian born dj, music and event producer of Armenian heritage. Working with different genres since 2008, his main focus remains on house music.

"When playing live, I love to break outside of the norms. An idea would snap in my head and I`ll experiment with it and see where it goes. I don't like long, monotonous spells of similarity but rather a vibrant, eclectic progression in a semi-organized pattern.

I tend to play what I love, but I always remember there are people in front of me, so I love trying out ways to surprise the crowd. I often spice up my sets with tunes that resonate with the crowd in different ways... a random classic or an unexpected vocal, something subtle to take the edge off when things get too "serious".

Applying his diverse background to his music, Bedo plays an attractive style that is at times slow and intimate and upbeat and groovy at others.
