Hello, I’m ecstatic dance dj.ananji and I make dancefloors feel things.

I’m a former melodic house DJ who had Berlin as home, a residency in Mexico and regular features on Belgian radio, my home country.
For years, music lived in dark clubs and underground dance floors. Along the way, it became more about escaping than connecting.

Now I curate ecstatic dance journeys. Personally and professionally, I took a long path toward what these dancefloors embody.

DJ ANANJI is a new chapter. A dancefloor to be you, fully you. Bring it!

Ananji was born in my mind during a 10-day Vipassana retreat.
A return to what was always there.
A remembering of something ancient and human:
that across all cultures and times, people gathered to sing, dance, celebrate life and simply be together.

Curating the soundtrack to that isn’t a performance, it’s feeling what is alive underneath.
In me, in you, and bringing that together.
