NoCue. No prompt of action to come. No hint of how to behave. No prompt or reminder. All of these are true and representative of this DJ. The origin of the name comes from his early days when he would not use headphones at all therefore not having a “cue”. Its come to mean so much more as it fits him as a man and as a DJ. Well versed in a wide variety of musical genres, his style and sound lends itself to his complex tastes. His sound is often described and gritty and crunchy yet melodic. NoCue works constantly on his sound and style, therefore he improves on a weekly basis. This has coined a running joke within his circle that he “only got this good last week”.
