Natural Selection Mixtape 2: Oddments & Rare Grooves

I've been having lots of fun playing out thumping funk and hip hop this year, but I enjoy listening to unusual, hard-to-find music more. Here's a selection of freaky grooves from West Africa, Angola, Colombia & the Caribbean (among other places) to mark reaching 400 fans on my DJ page. The number has subsequently grown to almost 450 because I took time over this selection and stitching it together was more difficult than I anticipated.

Big thank you everybody that listens: you allow me to do something I love.

Most of the songs here come from compilation albums. Some sound scratchy, having originally been ripped and remastered from old vinyl. There's also an Outkast number, because Outkast are dope.
