Dj MattBob, started in 2011 spinning Hard style, Trance, Electro House and Hip Hop. He was recruited in 2012 by the local SLC hip hop group EPPIK as there full time DJ spinning local clubs, bars and even travelling to Reno to drop Hip Hop knowledge on the unsuspecting Nevada crowds. After local shows slowed down almost to a stop, MattBob made his mark on the Electro house scene playing clubs like MIXX and releasing a hand full of mix tapes such as: Running the wheels and the follow up Re-Running the Wheels. As well as Tricky Trance. Now this DJ differs in a way do to the fact that he uses vinyl turntables rather than the much liked CDJ's used by top notch DJ's around the globe. Also Traktor Scratch Pro 2, behringer mixers and Numark tables. He says " the feel, control and sound that comes from vinyl is unmatched and nothing will change that" Once he was able to define his sound, he sought the help of local DJ phenoms DJ Odix and DJ Insideus Learning more about the craft and artistry
