Born in Birmingham UK, DJ Tony K was brought up with music. As a teenager he fell in love with the art of breakdancing and so became a fan of the hip hop music scene. In his later teens his attention turned to the rave scene, becoming an avid lover of Drum & Bass & Acid music. This is where his love for the turn tables began. Tought to mix by a friend/Drum & Bass DJ in 1992 Tony sold all of his posessions of value to buy his first set of turntables (the Gemini PT2000's and a Gemini mixers) In the mid 90's UK Garage music hit the dance clubs by storm and this is where the artist got his first taste in the clubs Djing. The DJ says that playing in front of a live audience was the most nerve-racking but rewarding experience he has ever had. The artist stopped DJing when Garage music faded in popularity. Now FutureTech is now reintroducing himself bringing fresh mixes across many dance genres . Hope you enjoy this artist's style of mixing as he still has a unique garage style of mixing.
