DisKontent lives in the West Midlands, started mixing at the begining of 2011 and took to it instantly gaining a set at a well known Drum n Bass night in Plug Digbeth under another alias DJ Sars
He gained a slot on Midlands FM station Distinct FM playing Electro House and then, with the return of UKG, his show changed.
Things started moving after that, after gaining a number of residencies and starting his own night Diskontent was certainly a DJ to keep an eye on.
Artists he's played alongside are Twista & Dappa, Champagne Bubblee, Ironik, Trudos, D4, Slamdunk, Steven S, Nightrate, De-contrebande & Lady Bimma.
You can catch him weekly on Shake FM 103.7 in London (www.shakefmuk.com) Thursdays 6-8 & during #GarageFridays 6-8 on Raiders Of The Old School (www.raidersradio.co.uk) warming up for the Sidewinder Ents show. His combination of Old School & present day UKG on 3 decks make his shows stand out from the rest.
