DJ Bassic has over two decades of experience behind the decks. He first started DJing drum and bass in 2003, quickly establishing himself as an up and comer in DnB. Along with DJ Screwhead and Plan C, he co-founded Twisted Bass, a crew that threw numerous parties in the mid-2000s and helped shape Montreal's electronic music scene.
Bassic's involvement with the Neurotik Sound System (NTK) led him to become deeply involved in the free party movement in Montreal, and he has since been a tireless advocate for accessible and inclusive events. In more recent years, he has worked with the Quebec Dream Team (QDT) to bring international talent and high-quality events to music lovers in the region.
Despite his many years in the game, DJ Bassic remains as passionate as ever about his craft. He is known for his dynamic and energetic sets, which draw on a wide range of genres, including drum and bass, breaks, bass house, and techno.
