Dix is a vicar’s son from deepest darkest Wales. He has four horrible children and one beautiful wife. His fingers bleed when he holds drawing implements and women weep when he paints. He works in a poorly lit and airless room and never goes to sleep. For him, drawing is like therapy except he never gets any better.
