District 916 was formed by Lascivious & R.i.P in 2012, currently in the group Sav Tree they decided to branch off to create a brother label which main focus Is more on marketing and production. Kenneth (R.i.P) Roan started pursuing music junior year in high school, where mostly of his friends if not all would gather around the basketball courts and freestyle.
